Technical support services

The Kelros technical support services team is dedicated to resolving your technical support questions quickly and thoroughly. We offer a full range of flexible support programmes, depending upon your business needs, including options such as telephone, web-based and personalised on-site support of all aspects of IBM Notes Domino applications and infrastructure and all IBM collaboration technologies.

Support packs can be created for the following categories of service and offer exceptional value, equating to a 20% discount on the standard daily rate for professional services:

Support
Support packs can be created for telephone and onsite technical support and include guaranteed response times. Support can also be used for onsite holiday or illness cover.

Consultancy
Support Packs can be created for all types of consultancy from ad hoc consultancy days, ND9 upgrades or regular maintenance of your Domino servers, through to implementation of new technologies such as IBM Connections or IBM Sametime.

Application development
Kelros offers a full IBM Notes Domino bespoke application development service. This ranges from small-scale developments that may take a few hours or days, through to systems made up of suites of applications and mobilisation of current applications using advanced XPage development.

Training and education
We offer bespoke solutions for your training and educational needs, from one-off learning sessions at a single location, to nationwide programmes of courses for staff in multiple locations. Courses can be delivered at our training centre or on customer site.

We run standard user courses at both introductory and advanced levels (including 65 IBM training courses) but can also fully customise the contents to your requirements if you have a specific need. We can design and deliver courses appropriate for system users, system administrators or application developers.

Any unused credits within an agreed support pack can be carried over to the next year. Unlike many of our competitors, Kelros does not charge for travel time or expire unused credits after a set period.

Most importantly, only experienced and permanent members of the Kelros team provide our technical support services. We do not use contractors for any of our services, to ensure consistency and continuity in standards and quality of service for our clients.
